ReRun stores your email and the TikTok performance stats for your own videos, so it can tell you which ones are worth reposting. We never ask for your TikTok password. We don't sell your data. You can delete everything at any time.
Account details: your email address and an encrypted password, handled by our authentication provider (Supabase). If you pay for Pro, Stripe stores your billing details — we only receive your subscription status, never your full card number.
Your TikTok video data: when you run a scan, the ReRun extension reads what TikTok already displays on your own TikTok Studio pages and saves it to your account. That includes each video's caption, thumbnail image URL, link, post date, length, views, likes, comments, and — for deep scans — average watch time, watched-full-video percentage, followers gained, the second most viewers stopped watching, and the share of views that came from the For You feed.
What we never collect: your TikTok password or login credentials, your direct messages, other people's accounts, and anything outside your own TikTok Studio analytics pages.
The extension runs only on TikTok Studio pages, reads what's on screen while you're already logged in, and sends it to your ReRun account. It cannot post, delete, or change anything on your TikTok account. It has no access to other websites you visit. You can remove it from Chrome at any time, and doing so stops all future data collection immediately.
Only to run the product: to score your videos, generate your repost recommendations, and show your before-and-after results when you repost. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your content to train AI models.
Supabase (database and login), Stripe (payments), and our web host. Each only handles what it needs to run its part of the service.
Your data is protected by database-level access rules, which means your account can only ever read and write its own rows. Traffic is encrypted in transit.
You can delete your account from Settings, which removes your profile and all stored video data. You can also request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete specific information, by contacting us.
We use only what's needed to keep you logged in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
